The director of building and development services shall designate, mark and post one
parking space on the southeast side of the courthouse parking lot, on the east side
of the disabled persons and veterans parking space, which shall be utilized only by
law enforcement vehicles. It is unlawful for any person, other than a law enforcement
employee on duty, to park any vehicle in this designated space at any time.
