§ 16.52.010. Determinations which may be appealed.

Latest version.

Any decision made by the subdivision review committee or county surveyor pursuant to this title may be appealed to the planning commission. Any decision made by the planning commission, pursuant to this title, may be appealed by any interested person to the board of supervisors.
