§ 1.08.050. Supervisorial District No. 3.

Supervisorial District No. 3 shall be comprised of the following portion of Trinity County.

Beginning at a point on the east boundary of Trinity County at the intersection of the south line of Section 13, Township 32 North, Range 8 West, M.D.M.; thence,

West along the south line of Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Township 32 North, Range 8 West, M.D.M. to the southwest corner of said Section 18; thence,

North along the west line of said Section 18 to the northwest corner thereof; thence,

West along the south lines of Sections 12 and 11, Township 32 North, Range 9 West, M.D.M. to the southwest corner of said Section 11; thence,

North along the west lines of Sections 11 and 2, Township 32 North, Range 9 West, M.D.M.; and continuing north along the west line of Section 35, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M.D.M. to the northwest corner of said Section 35; thence,

West along the south line of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M.D.M., to the southwest corner of the east half of the southeast quarter of said Section 27; thence,

North along the west line of said east half of the southeast quarter of said Section 27 to a point on the south line of Assessors Parcel No. 025-540-03; thence,

West and along the south line of said Assessors Parcel No. 025-540-03 to a point in the centerline of the Trinity River; thence,

In a northeasterly direction along said centerline of the Trinity River to a point on the west line of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M. D. M.; thence,

North along said west line of Section 26 and continuing along the west lines of Sections 23, 14 and 11, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M. D. M. to the northwest corner of said Section 11; thence,

West on the south line of Sections 3 and 4, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M. D. M. to the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of said Section 4; thence,

North on the east line of said southwest quarter of Section 4 to the northeast corner of the south half of said southwest quarter of Section 4; thence,

West along the north line of said south half of the southwest quarter of Section 4 to the west line of said Section 4; thence,

South along said west line of Section 4 and continuing along the west lines of Sections 9 and 16, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M. D. M., to the southwest corner of said Section 16; thence,

West along the south lines of Sections 17 and 18, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M. D. M., to a point in the centerline of State Highway 299; thence,

Along said centerline of State Highway 299, in a southwesterly direction, to the south line of Section 19, Township 33 North, Range 9 West, M. D. M.; thence,

West along said south line of Section 19 to the southwest corner thereof; thence,

North along the east line of Section 24, Township 33 North, Range 10 West, M. D. M., to the northeast corner of said Section 24; thence,

West along the north line of said Section 24 to a point in the centerline of Democrat Gulch Road; thence,

Along said centerline of Democrat Gulch Road, in a northwesterly direction, to a point on the west line of Section 12, Township 33 North, Range 10 West, M. D. M.; thence,

North along said west line of Section 12 to a point in the centerline of State Highway 299; thence,

Along said centerline of State Highway 299, in a westerly direction, to a point on the west line of Section 9, Township 33 North, Range 10 West, M. D. M.; thence,

South and along the west lines of Sections 9 and 16 to the southwest corner of said Section 16; thence,

West along the north lines of Sections 20 and 19, Township 33 North, Range 10 West, M. D. M., to a point in the centerline of the Trinity River; thence,

Along said centerline of the Trinity River, in a southeasterly direction, to a point on the west line of Section 4, Township 32 North, Range 10 West, M. D. M.; thence,

South along said west line of Section 4 to the southwest corner thereof; thence,

West along the south lines of Sections 5 and 6 Township 32 North, Range 1O West, M.D.M. and the south lines of Sections 1, 2, and 3 Township 32 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 3; thence,

West along the north lines of Sections 28, 29 and 30, Township 33 North, Range 11 West, M. D. M., and continuing west along the north lines of Sections 25, 26 and 27, Township 33 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to the northwest corner of said Section 27; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 27 and 34, Township 33 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 34; thence,

West along the north line of Section 3, Township 32 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to the northwest corner of said Section 3; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 3, 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 32 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., and Sections 3 and 10, Township 31 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to a point on the centerline of Hyampom Road, Co. Rd. No. 301; thence,

Along said centerline of Hyampom Road, in an easterly direction, to the intersection with State Highway 3; thence,

Southerly, along the centerline of said State Highway 3 to a point at its intersection with the centerline of Hayfork Creek; thence,

Along said centerline of Hayfork Creek, in an easterly direction, to a point on the west line of Section 8, Township 31 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M.; thence,

North along the west line of said Section 8 to a point on the centerline of State Highway 3; thence,

Easterly along said centerline of State Highway 3 to the intersection with Wildwood Road, Co. Rd. No. 302; thence,

Along the centerline of said Wildwood Road, in a southeasterly direction, to a point on the north line of Section 12, Township 30 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M.; thence,

West along the north lines of Sections 12, 11 and 10, Township 30 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M., to the northwest corner of said Section 10; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 30 North, Range 11 West, M. D. M., and the west lines of Sections 3, 10, 15 and 22, Township 29 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 22, T. 29 N., R. 11 W., M.D.M.; thence,
