§ 1.08.070. Supervisorial District No. 5.

Supervisorial District No. 5 shall be comprised of the following portion of Trinity County.

Beginning at the intersection of the west boundary of Trinity County and the south line of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, H.M.; thence,

East along the south lines of Sections 6, 5 and 4, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, H.M., to the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence,

South along the west line of Sections 10 and 15, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, H.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 15; thence,

East along the south lines of Sections 15, 14, and 13, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, H.M., and continuing along the south lines of Sections 18, 17 and 16, Township 4 North, Range 7 East, H.M., to the southeast corner of said Section 16; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 22 and 27, Township 4 North, Range 7 East, H.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 27; thence,

East along the south lines of Sections 27, 26 and 25, Township 4 North, Range 7 East, H.M., and continuing along the south lines of Sections 30, 29 and 28, Township 4 North, Range 8 East, H.M., to the southeast corner of said Section 28; thence,

North along the east line of said Section 28 to the southwest corner of Section 19, Township 33 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M.; thence,

East along the south lines of Sections 19, 20 and 21, Township 33 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to the southeast corner of said Section 21; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 27 and 34, Township 33 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 34; thence,

West along the north line of Section 3, Township 32 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to the northwest corner of said Section 3; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 3, 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 32 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., and Sections 3 and 10, Township 31 North, Range 12 West, M.D.M., to a point on the centerline of Hyampom Road, Co. Rd. No. 301; thence,

Along said centerline of Hyampom Road, in an easterly direction, to the intersection with State Highway 3; thence,

Southerly, along the centerline of said State Highway 3 to a point at its intersection with the centerline of Hayfork Creek; thence,

Along said centerline of Hayfork Creek, in an easterly direction, to a point on the west line of Section 8, Township 31 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M.; thence,

North along the west line of said Section 8 to a point on the centerline of State Highway 3; thence,

Easterly along said centerline of State Highway 3 to the intersection with Wildwood Road, Co. Rd. No. 302; thence,

Along the centerline of said Wildwood Road, in a southeasterly direction, to a point on the north line of Section 12, Township 30 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M.; thence,

West along the north lines of Sections 12, 11 and 10, Township 30 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M., to the northwest corner of said Section 10; thence,

South along the west lines of Sections 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 30 North, Range 11 West, M. D. M., and the west lines of Sections 3, 10, 15 and 22, Township 29 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M., to the southwest corner of said Section 22, T. 29 N., R. 11 W., M.D.M.; thence,

East along the south lines of Sections 22 and 23, Township 29 North, Range 11 West, M.D.M. to the east line of Trinity County; thence,

Southerly along the east line of Trinity County to the southeast corner thereof; thence,

West along the south line of Trinity County to the southwest corner thereof; thence,

North along the west line of Trinity County to the point of beginning.
