§ 2.60.840. Public employees' retirement system (PERS).

The retirement benefits for county employees' shall be those established by contract with California Public Employees Retirement System, which is designated as the county's primary retirement plan for employees. The LIUNA Industrial Pension Fund is designated as the supplemental plan and shall not impact any employee's CalPERS benefits.
