§ 2.60.842. Terms and conditions—Pension.

The terms and conditions of the pension with the LIUNA Industrial Pension Fund shall be as set forth in the agreements between the Trinity County Board of Supervisors, the Employee Association Bargaining Units, and the LIUNA Industrial Pension Fund Administrator.
