§ 2.64.040. Processing fee.

The declared purpose of this section is to permit the treasurer/tax collector to charge a processing fee pursuant to Section 4217 of the Revenue and Taxation Code. The Trinity County treasurer/tax collector shall charge a processing fee which is set by resolution of the board of supervisors.
